Jason & Stephanie Engagement Sneak Peak - Provo Photography

Last week we went up Provo Canyon and had a fun engagement photo shoot with Jason and Stephanie.  They were full of energy making it easy to capture fun moments.  Thanks again you two!  Enjoy your sneak peak!

We have had a great time lately finding different spots in Provo Canyon for photo shoots but we are also excited to hit other spots we have found in Orem, Saratoga Springs, and Salt Lake that are great for every kind of photography.  

FREE 16x20 Contest - UPDATE - Provo Photography

Keep your votes coming! We will keep taking votes until end of day on the 18th of July. You guys are awesome! This is why we take pictures!

Here are some ideas on getting more votes for your pictures:

1. BLOG IT! -make a post telling your friends and family to send us an email voting for your picture! (put a link to silverstrandphotography.blogspot.com so they can see the pictures!)
2. EMAIL IT! -send out a mass email to all of your contacts telling them that you really want this 16x20 print, and to send a quick email to vote for your picture.
3. TEXT IT! -we are in a texting age... use it to your advantage! Text all your contacts in your phone telling them to email us their vote.
4. FACEBOOK IT! -put a link to our blog on facebook and tell them to email us!
5. TALK ABOUT IT! -Word of Mouth works best. Tell your co-workers to vote and tell them to tell their friends and family to vote also.
6. If you really want the 16x20 print, you could even go door to door or hand out flyers! :)

Provo Photography - Blog Contest - FREE 16 x 20 enlargement

Well guys, I (Jenni) have some great news to share! I have decided to work full time for our photography company, Silverstrand Photography. We have so much fun taking pictures here in the Provo area. Silverstrand is just getting more and more busy, and we are loving it! Jared will still be doing photo shoots as well, just not when he is at work of course.

To celebrate this monumental time in my life, I thought we needed to do something fun. Well in our family, fun means: COMPETITION! Nothing gets the blood pumping like a little friendly competition, eh?

Here's how it works: I will post a small selection of my favorites from past photo shoots. You pick your favorites from the selection. You vote by sending me an email (silverstrandphoto@yahoo.com) with the number of your favorite picture inside. Tell all your family and friends to vote too! The more voters you have, the better chance you will have at winning! (one vote per email address)

Just because I'm really in the mood to give something away, the winner of the competition gets a free 16x20 luster finished print of their favorite photo from their session! Or they can save the free print for their next session with us! OOOHHHH YEAH! Not even kidding! This is awesome! ($120 value!!!)

Once you scroll down and see the images below, I know some of you may think: but Jenni and Jared, all of your work is soooo fab, how will we ever choose? I know friends, I know, just follow your heart. :) Now on a more serious note, this competition is all in fun, celebration, and in the spirit of giving.
